The creation made in God’s own image and likeness. (Genesis 1:27)
Every man has his own idea or image of what a man SHOULD be. Strong. Outspoken. Loving. Tough. Faithful. Unemotional. The list goes on and on. Personally, my favorite is that men should be perfect in all ways or close enough to the world’s standards. I don’t know about you, but it’s overwhelming just thinking about it. I, personally, don’t know of any man that fits the build. Mankind perfection is as real as a fairytale. We were made in God’s own image, but He IS absolute and complete. My question to all my brothers in Christ is why let the world tell us how we ought to be? We should learn to toss out how the world teaches us to live and hunger for the blueprint written by God almighty, Himself. He is the only way. Let’s be Men of God and not of the world.
